Step 1: Go to proovl.com Register and get a Phone number [Use USA VPN!!]
Step 2: From there u need 3 things:
$phonenumber $userid $token
Step 3: Open tool and select option#3[API SETTINGS]
Step 4: Enter the data from step#2 here
Step 5: Go back and send Bulk SMS now
