I have observed that numerous users of BCW inquire in the forum and through my Inbox, "these are Non-VBV BINs," or similar expressions. Consequently, in this tutorial, I shall endeavour to elucidate, in as clear and concise a manner as possible, how to ascertain and determine whether a particular CC or BIN is Non-VBV.

1. By card type: If you possess further information regarding the BIN, examine the card type, such as Platinum, Gold and Business. It is pertinent to note that approximately 95% of Platinum cards are non-VBV, as they are considered limit cards and have a maximum monetary limit at a higher level than the standard package of the card, which does not encompass full security measures.

2. By country and its limit: If possible, verify the balance limit; if it falls within the range of (2000$ or 3000$), it is likely that 90% of such cards are Non-VBV, as they are part of a package Visa that does not undergo verification procedures, predominantly with Gold and other card types, rather than Platinum. Moreover, numerous countries exhibit low security standards, such as India, Iran, Turkey, Norway, and others.
