ARGENTA Banking Bot w/ Telegram!!

This is something I found in the wild. I'm not entirely sure how to use it so maybe someone with more experience can give me some insight. The Telegram bot tokens are live so I dumped them to get an idea of what it's logging and attached some screenshots below. Hopefully someone will find this useful and maybe send some knowledge my way. Enjoy.
