Overtrading is emotional trading — trying to “make back” what you lost or forcing setups that don’t exist.

Set a daily loss limit (for example, 2% of your account). Once hit, stop for the day. This simple rule saves accounts.

Focus on quality setups, not quantity.
Trading less often with high conviction is how real consistency is built.
