Update v2.8.3
-Fix utilities crashing when loading logs
-Added a tapping sound in Telegram when finishing work or when pressing STOP. (To configure this option, you need to create a bot in Telegram, receive its Token and also find out the recipient’s account ID in Telegram)
-Other minor fixes

Instructions:
1. Run BLtools.exe and wait for the window.
2. Run Activator.exe
3. Insert Key KEYAUTH-gVE2dn-oTkMHt-X8JOMZ-CpH0hp-xroxFN-6zcl6F-4Y0Bbz
