Added a check for the value of Steam inventory

Added sorting of accounts with Knives and Gloves. (Steam)

Added check for active sale lots (Steam)

Fixed Community Ban, VAC Ban check (now displays the game name) (Steam)

Added check for Prime CS2 (Steam)

Updated notifications in Telegram about the end of work. Now you only need to specify the recipient's UserID.
