When you chase a trade, you’re usually entering too late. The best entry zone is gone, and your stop loss ends up too far, making your risk-to-reward ratio poor.
Fix it: Accept that the market moves every day—another opportunity will come. Instead of chasing, learn from it. Mark the entry point you wanted and study what signals appeared there. With discipline, you’ll catch the next setup in the right zone.
