Tom Lee's latest Bitcoin prediction causes MSTR stock to rise

The MSTR stock price gained over 2% on Friday as Bitcoin maintained above $92,000 and analysts including Tom Lee gave strong expectations. Bitcoin is below its all-time high of $126,200, yet top crypto analysts are bullish. Tom Lee of FundStrat told CNBC that the coin will reach $100,000 by year's end. BTC must gain less than 10%.

Historic 2026 Turkmenistan Crypto Legalization

The law requires crypto exchanges and custodial services to be licensed, use cold storage for digital assets, and follow know-your-client and anti-money laundering measures.

Credit institutions cannot provide crypto services, and the state can cancel, annul, or refund token issuances. Covert cryptocurrency mining and mining pool operations are forbidden and must be registered.

The law allows the central bank to sanction distributed ledgers or operate its own infrastructure, driving users toward permissioned and monitored networks.

Even though there are regulatory loopholes, cryptocurrencies are not legal tender, cash, or securities.

KuCoin EU Receives MiCAR Approval for European Digital Asset Services

KuCoin EU may now offer fully compliant digital asset services in 29 EEA countries, minus Malta.

MiCAR has strict standards and harmonised norms to protect investors, platform transparency, and market stability. KuCoin shows its commitment to working ethically within trusted regulatory frameworks by obtaining full license through its Austrian business.

KuCoin received the MiCAR license after acquiring AUSTRAC Digital Currency Exchange Registration in Australia in November and upgrading its worldwide compliance infrastructure across numerous jurisdictions.

KuCoin EU said it can now provide millions of European users secure, transparent, and compliant digital asset services under a uniform regulatory framework, something many exchanges have yet to do.
