EditPlus - Text editor with FTP, FTPS and SFTP capabilities.
Syntax highlighting for HTML, PHP, Java, C/C++, CSS, ASP, Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
Also, it can be extended to other programming languages based on custom syntax files.

Process:
1. Extract zip file password: @Free_License_Paid_Software_APK
2. Check Serial Key included Readme.txt
3. Follow the instructions.
