Bullish Scenario (Most Likely if USD Weakens Late 2025)

If the Fed starts cutting rates + EU economy stabilizes:

EUR/USD can rise toward
1.10 → 1.12 → 1.15

Bearish Scenario (If USD Stays Strong Longer)

If inflation stays high in the US:

EUR/USD may stay stuck in 1.06 – 1.09

Or even drop to 1.04 – 1.05

Technical Behavior

EUR/USD is a range pair most of the year:

Buy near support

Sell near resistance
Unless a breakout.
