I remember there was an exchange button that transfered credits to cash and i don't see it anymore maybe you guys removed it if that's the case you can already close it.

Yes, it has been removed on purpose.

Since conversion isn't necessary until you have an equivalent of 20$/20K Credits it doesn't matter in what currency you have them.
Also a few chaps had struggles using it and while playing with it some can lose credits if not following the exact method.

Hence, it has been just removed.
