Do you want a free vps that you can test your tools in it ? (DDOS, DOS, VIRUSES and ETC)
well I found a pretty good one, it works well and fine, I used it to do some Dos attacks and it was good at that
also I used it to scan for telnet servers and brute them, I got 10 servers in 10 minutes which is good as a free service
