Once the food arrives, remove all contents.
Pour more than the usage into the base cup
Take a picture of a paper cup that is half empty
Go to the bathroom and get wet, but one of the main bags where the impact on food is assessed, once it looks good and soaked, take a photo of the entrance from the outside
Go to the app or website and show a good supplier catalog then list the worst possible restaurant option and pick packing issues if promoted

Write a polite greeting and explain your reason that the drink spilled and soaked every item in the eapsize bag that everything is action unless I want a partial refund
