Well, theres just 2 indeed

1: If i got my api from a site charing 190 usd means that all the cards i pass in the checker will be charge by 190 usd?

2: Does that mean all ccs that have not 190 usd will be dead?

Im new in the forum, and also at binning / carding world, sorry if is hell noob question or smthing like that
