Make it wacky, make it classy, or change up the theme from room to room. You will attract different types of guests as your hotel grows and its rating changes, bringing new opportunities and challenges. Remember, the customer is usually wrong, but you’re in the service industry now. Get your hotel in shape, slap on your best smile, and be prepared for whatever comes. ROOMS & FACILITIES – The facilities you provide have a major impact on the types of guests your hotel attracts. Each facility attracts a certain type of client, but might convince others to stay well away. Are you thinking about creating a health and wellness resort? Gym and spa facilities will go a long way to attract health-conscious holidaymakers. GUESTS & STAFF – Hire staff to keep your hotel running smoothly.
