How to enter a site without a browser?

In case your browser is glitchy or inaccessible, you can use another way to visit the site. You can do this by Windows Help

Right-click on Start and select Run.

Enter hh cmd and click "OK".

Click on the icon in the

corner of the "HTML Help" window and click "Go to web address".

Enter the address of the site you're interested in and click "OK".
