Step 2. Go to PicsArt Or Another Swap App or website and swap vitctim’s face with the id card you have.

Step 3. Go to https: https://help.instagram.com/contact/636276399721841 fill all the details

in the form

Step 4. Attach the I’d card you edited in the form of JPEG at “connect a file “ option

Step 5. Just copy paste this sentence at “ additional info” option
