### MACD Zero-Line Rejection – 2025 Clean & High-Win-Rate Version
(Mean-reversion king in ranging markets, continuation killer in trends)

Core Idea
When the MACD histogram touches or gets very close to the zero line and then immediately reverses, the market is rejecting the idea of changing direction. This gives you an ultra-clean, low-risk entry with momentum.

EUR/USD, USD/JPY, AUD/USD, USD/CHF, NZD/USD – the “clean” low-spread majors that love to range 60-70% of the time.

Best Timeframes

MACD (12, 26, 9) – default, histogram only.

Long Entry – ALL must happen
1. Histogram comes from below and touches or crosses slightly above zero
2. Next 1–3 bars: histogram turns back down and prints at least two red bars (rejection)
3. Price is still above the 200 EMA (overall uptrend filter) OR inside a clear range
4. Enter on close of the second red histogram bar

Short Entry – mirror image
1. Histogram comes from above and touches/crosses slightly below zero
2. Next 1–3 bars turn back up → at least two green bars
3. Price below 200 EMA or in range
4. Enter on close of second green bar
