Minor improvements | 14/11/22 | Crax

1: Replaced various icons around the forum.

2: Centered all threads title in all categories [Except a few like this one].

3: Pinned the thread on all pages of the same thread.

4: Added some space between navigation icons BCS hovering over them was a little hard.
- Also moved the Cash icon beside the style chooser.
- Removed What's New from navigation [Wasnt in our best interest to keep it].

5: Added some more options to the hamburger.

6: Added quick access for prefixes in the sidebar.
[This doesn't really look good and is just a sample work of what might be added].
(Looks CRAP xD).

7: Made the navigation a little smaller for all devices.
8: Increased animation speed all over the forum.
9: Added the Hacking category in the sub-navigation menu.

10: Changed the Reaction option from hover to click
(it's a little faster and user-friendly when click-based).

11: Removed the "/unread" problem where clicking on the thread took you to the last post or unread post.
(Now you shall directly be taken to the thread, at most places).

If you see any issues report them to me ASAP.
