BIN - CC - Need Help With CC To BTC...

I have 5 CCs with BINs I think are nonVBV and I have 911, I did the process of connecting to the cc owners city and stuff but my cex.io profile is on a french ID, I do not know if that made the card declined or not, but if I could get some help I will reward my mentor/helper with $$ after the transaction works.

i got 911, crypto and coinbase but no cc we could work something and share funds
