Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists ~Ateliers of the New World~Alright, I love the Atelier games and often I would disregard the fact that the PC ports are rather cra.ppy and this one isn’t an exception. But let’s forget about the quality of the port and talk about the quality of the game in itself. An Atelier game that has nothing to do with being an alchemist but instead placing request at an atelier for an alchemist to synth items for you. An Atelier game in which you can’t go out and gather what you need but instead you just choose a map and let the game run for a couple minutes in which you can’t explore/ move around and you can only see the characters walking and chatting and gathering items automatically. You can’t explore the town/city you’re building either. You can’t walk around and come across your town’s people or any character. To visit them you need to choose them from a set list and they’ll appear in front of you, that’s it. You basically have nothing to do but read some text, choose an option and let the game do the rest.
