New Netspend accounts are still working for this method although it seems to have higher success rate with older cards. You would be suprised at how many of your friends will have a netspend card sitting around their house unused.

Still currently have a few validated Netspend cards I can cash out for anyone interested in loading. Would prefer people who can load atleast 2 of them to make it worth our time.
