2. Down and install https://dotnet.microsoft.com/downlo...untime-aspnetcore-5.0.3-windows-x64-installer
3. install https://href.li/?https://dotnet.mic...u/runtime-desktop-5.0.3-windows-x64-installer
Unzip and run the exe "OpenBullet2.exe"
If it fails, run cmd, drag and drop into it .exe, and it will provide you with another download link, just install it too
after launching you will see a window with red text, now open any browser and go to http: / / localhost: 5000 / and you will be able to see the interface
