Method Bypass Paypal
1-To go to your Chrome proxy settings and set up your proxy, open your Chrome browser, and click on the menu button. Then select Settings. (you get proxy from your checker)
2- Clear Cookies And History
3- Change Time To Time Proxy (You Will Get From This Site:https://ipgeolocation.io/ip-location/ )
And Goto Settings Time & Languge And Set Time Zone
4-Goto To https://developer.paypal.com/home And Login If Will Ask you phone number
5-Goto netflix.com or any site and checkout and login will login and buy if good acc
