You can pay the captain in cash or online — your choice

Complete the Ride

Finish the ride normally, without any issue

Once the ride Payment is done , contact Rapido support Team and say:

Example Message:

"Hi, my fare was showing ₹100 in the app, but the captain asked me for ₹170. I got scared and confused, so I gave him whatever he asked. Please check and help me with the refund."

Wait for Response

Support will usually process the refund if the message looks genuine

Get Your Refund

You’ll receive the extra amount (like ₹70) refunded by the company itself

The captain’s money stays untouched
