Thread checklist in the most sensible, Order of making a new thread in the Free Section:

• Are you Posting?

    • No uploading files without including 2 virus scans when applicable. (2 Day Ban)
    • No uploading files without including a screenshot of it. (1 Day Ban)
    • No posting of keyloggers, viruses or phishers & malwares (Permanent Ban)
    • No requesting to join a Telegram , Discord Channel/server. (7 Day Ban)
    • No begging for free likes (However putting along the lines of "Rep/Thank me if I helped you" is acceptable) (2 Warns => 7 Day Ban)
    • No troll , No spam (2 Day Ban)
    • No cash-link & Advert links (7 Day Ban)

    • No Leech ("ty","thanks","azeaze") (2 Warns => 7 Day Ban)
    • No inappropriate images (2 Warns => 7 Day Ban)

Make sure your thread is in the appropriate section. If you're making a thread in "Freebie" you must still attend to these rules despite no moderation queue.
