Set the prices, move furniture around until you like it, and make your shop feel like the place to hang out. Fill your shelves with minis, paints, dice, mystery packs, and all the nerdy goodies. Hire staff so you don’t have to do everything yourself—cashiers, restockers, even people to paint minis while you’re opening packs “managing.”
