After the victim opens the .exe file, you will receive logs in the tg bot, and you can change wallpaper, watch the webcam, take a screenshot, winlock, etc.

Download the auto-py-to-exe module, "pip install auto-py-to-exe", turn .py into .exe extensions, and hide the console so that it is not visible, although it will be visible in the task manager. But you can change the names and icons of the software so that the victim does not saw you.
