As for what happens to the FED, imo it's likely to slowly 'die off the vine' from lack of Treasury Bill and Bond buying and related smaller and smaller SWIFT use over time, in the Lands of the 5 Eyes, where by 2030 these debt offerings and the SWIFT settlement system will be so passe'.
This is just the start, per my previous posts, to reform the fiat system and keep the same folk in the driver seats of the Black Magic Money Machine, Gold needs to be revalued to back US Treasury gold certificates which in turn shift the ratio of debt to go downward so the current Administration can sell their debt as 5 Year Treasury Bonds, a short term gap measurement to keep the government open until the Mid terms.
The current 47th US Administration knows they need a bigger revaluation of the US $ currency which will need to generate US $ 12 or 18 Trillion and not just US $ 6 Trillion to not only change the USA debt:gdp ratio currently holding back purchases of US govt 5 yr debt, but also float the liquidity of XRP in order to make good on the instant settlement promise.
Trillions worth of transactions are settled per day worldwide now, and that daily volume of transactions will only get bigger and 5 Eyes Land is 55% of that volume, today. XRP can technically handle such volumes, but only with a sufficiently large daily XRP liquidity pool and, having the settlement partnerships in place across most all products and services in these 5 Eyes lands.
That means the revaluation must go past at least US 20,000 per ounce imo, thereby generating more gold backed US $ placed in reserve by these Stable coin services to back 1:1 select USA domiciled US $ stablecoins (USDT and USDC) in order to also make such liquidity pass through these stablecoins into the XRP Network liquidity pool.
