I managed to get ahold of this a while back. I tried googling it again but can't find a trace at all. So I figured it's best if I share it with the community.
If you are someone who is struggling with PMO and wants a sure fire way to stop it for good in a holistic esoteric manner, then I highly recommend you this book. This helped me a lot in terms of giving me a different perspective and a whole ray of abundant thinking.
