Every loss carries a hidden message. Losing traders ignore it — successful traders learn from it.

Instead of revenge trading, review your losses calmly. Ask: Did I follow my rules? Was the entry valid? Was I emotionally neutral when entering?

Losses are tuition fees for market education. The goal is to make each one worth it by learning something new.

Once you stop fearing losses, they stop controlling you.
