Obviously, this information is not exclusive, but it may help someone to "get" the ss.
So, there are two types of unsuccessful charge attempts: rejection immediately when placing an order, and rejection later, when the order seems to have been successfully placed, but for some reason I get a cancellation email. Let's look at them.
Decline at checkout
When using a credit card, an authorization request is first sent to the bank requesting authorization to use the funds. The bank must authorize the request to successfully complete the transaction. However, if there are insufficient funds on the card, the card information is incorrect (avs and cvc) or the transaction seems unusual for the cardholder's activity, this leads to a rejection
There are several methods of solving this problem:
Make sure that the information about the card is correct and that it is active (not blocked). If everything is OK, try to choose a product with a lower cost. Either the balance is low, or the order is placed too far away from the payment address, or the bank considers that the order is unusual behavior for a cardholder. Also, the card may already be linked to a store account (rarely), if not: try signing up for a free trial, if it doesn't work, the ss is definitely dead.
Pre-check ss definitely need to check for signs of life. However, US banks don't like checkers, and a careless check can kill the card, so to reduce the risk use the pre-authorization feature or a $5-$10 test charge.
And there may also be some of the reasons listed below.
Deferred rejection after successful checkout
Many sites are now using machine learning algorithms to determine when a purchase seems fraudulent (stockx, gucci, bestbuy, amazon of course). Here are a few reasons why you may receive a cancellation email after a seemingly successful checkout:
IP
Fingerprints
Many, very many large companies track browser fingerprints. Is your fingerprint associated with a high risk of fraud, or has the site been carted around with this fingerprint before? Forget on success. The bad news is that you can't remove them with cookies. Try anti-detect browsers with fingerprint swapping, or extensions for that purpose, but most likely the latter will be pale¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bad mail.
You used a strange soap that has nothing to do with the cardholder information at all. Either it is a disposable or, heaven forbid, a made-up mail altogether. Or maybe the mail is too new. Try to find a more or less trustworthy email.
Bad browser setup
You haven't matched the time zone to the proxy server, or you have the wrong keyboard language.
Bad behavior (ah you rascals ;)
With a foot in the door, place an order for 1k. Without cookies in the profile. Immediately shove another card with the same cookies after declaring the previous one. Several unsuccessful attempts to nab per session (after 3 failures, try ss on other sites). Send a gift card to your own email address (or a temporary/unreliable email (read above)). The comment simply says, "hello." Here's just a small list of things you probably shouldn't do if you're aiming for a serious site.
Shipping
Some sites take care of this (e.g. Shopify) and have a higher trust when placing an order to a close-to-pay address, while others may not bother. Try punching in at least a state kh right away, then change to a state a little further away. Also, don't send your order to resolips like shipitto, they're flagged as suspicious by most systems. Find a dropper to pick up and ship.
The site is too messy.
Well, it happens, the site just doesn't give. Find a more giving ;) With practice, you'll learn how to promote any site. Even if it seems difficult right now, remember: ALL sites are giving for credit cards! If they accept credit cards, they can't help but be vulnerable! The only thing hindering you right now is your lack of experience and knowledge, but with time and persistence that will change)
Best of luck in your endeavors!
