Install in a spamming RDP and then start scanning IP. You can get free proxy from http://free-proxy.cz/en/ or any free proxy site
change it just like this, for example: when you have a proxy like this : 213.143.113.82 now when configuring in the ip smtp scanner, change the start ip address to 213.143.0.0 and end ip address to 213.245.254.254.
Note: 213 is the starting number of the proxy we picked, so that is what will start our end ip address
